terms of service

general terms

- I have the right to turn down any commissions.- When commissioning, please state that you have read and agreed to the terms of service.- I do not consent to my art being used in AI (training, learning, turning into), NFTs and crypto currency.

cancellations & refunds

- Commissions are non-refundable once I've started working on it unless I'm unable to finish your order. If that happens, refunds will differentiate based on the commission's status.

payment

- Methods of payment: Paypal invoice.- Prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds).- 100% of the payment must be paid after the commissioner has approved the sketch and any additional fees must be paid for before I send the final product.- If there are any changes you would like to make, let me know during SKETCHING - any edits made after the fact will be charged extra fees.- If I, the artist, make any errors in the character or icon's designs that were shown / specified in the reference, I will make the edits necessary with no additional fees.- References for characters must be clear, full-coloured and if necessary, full bodied. Textural-only descriptions are only accepted for sketches / concept art commissions, or in exceptional circumstances.- Deadlines/rushed orders can be arranged for additional fees.- Turnaround time for completion is from 1 week to 1 month or more depending on complexity (please note that I am in my final year of A-Levels, so turnaround time may vary depending on exam schedules.)

commercial license

- All commercial commissions must be specified and discussed beforehand.- The prices for commercial purposes are often x2 or x3 of the total price, depending on purpose.- I accept commercial uses such as promotional material, and streaming and discord assets. Please reach out to discuss further if needed.

copyright & use

- The commissioner will receive both watermarked and unwatermarked file(s).- Neither the commissioner not anyone else is allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy or remove the watermark from the finished product without my consent.- I retain all rights to my works, including but not limited to posting on my social media, using as samples for sales/self-promotion purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.- I will not claim intellectual property or reuse/resell artworks used for personal or commercial projects unless otherwise agreed upon.- The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use (icon/profile pic, header, wallpaper, poster, mousepad etc.)- The commissioner may not sell/profit from the artwork unless it's a commission for a commercial use.
